    • Co-Lead The ICT connection which achieved more 100 lessons published in the portal meeting the project outcome on illustrating and supporting schools’ implementation of SDL and CoL goals.
    • Lead in the ICT Connection forum discussions especially in the area of Science and Mathematics ICT Mentor Boards by engaging in deep illustrations and discussions on ways to improve SDL and CoL characteristics in lessons by R&D and sharing on Geogebra Mathematics Applets and Easy Java Simulations.
    • Lead conceptualization of mobile apps on Android and iOS for ICT connection which will improve connectivity and engagement with schools teachers.

    • Lead conceptualization and support of EduLab 003 on Java Simulation Design for Teaching and Learning (RVHS and SRJC) which the physics master teacher supported as “well planned”.
    1d: Subject Chapter: Physics Task Force (AST, MOE-ETD, NIE & others)
    • Achievement includes a conceptual framework for blended learning to support master teacher’s work, 2 lesson exemplars and a finalist in the MOEHQ Innergy Award 2011 and received Certificate of Participation signed by DGE Ms Ho Peng.

    I am not convinced that ranking is good for synergistic work culture in adult life, especially as teachers who just want to promote good learning minus all the 'for show' projects used as indicators for promotion.
